2020 GLS580 differential, transfer case fluid?
I'm guessing it's going to be the same or similar to the one you provided here:
i'm just unsure if my transfer case has Torque-on-Demand and if my rear axle is LSD or open differential. I have the datacard for my vehicle, but I don't see any mention of these things.
Thanks!
Please post your datasheet.
I am not aware of a VIN decoder which gives a list of option codes for 2020 and later MB models.

On mine, I am adding in an additive once it arrives. Liqui Moly MoS2 in the transfer case and rear differential. Link below. Why? Because I have a humming sound when doing parking lot U turns in mine. I had it when we changed the fluid 50k miles ago, and have it again now. So going to give it a try. It's German and I've seen some posts on here of folks asking why the dealership is adding in stuff like this for their services too. I think it may be the rear brakes, but can't be sure. I'm doing the brakes soon and will be able to tell then.

If you want to diy there aren’t many 9G videos around but there are a couple of them.
I think there is a GLC 9G trans oil diy video on YouTube. 9G is 9G, doesn’t matter the car if it is not an AMG MCT or whatever marketing name is used.
This is a more recent video and the guy does a good job early in the video explaining the multi-position drain plug/standpipe.

Another good one, I think this a MB tech training video.

If I were you I'd call the dealer parts department and ask them to put a differential fluid change kit together for you. Then ask them what it includes and go from there.
