When does MB typically update their systems for new MY GLS?

When does MB typically update their systems for new MY GLS?
https://www.mbusa.com/en/owners/manuals does not list the 2024 GLS Manuals.
https://mbparts.mbusa.com/v-2024-mer...es/accessories lists zero compatibile accessories for the 2024 GLS 580.
A Dealer is refusing to process orders for me because items are not compatible with the MY 2024 GLS, even though they are compatible with the MY 2020-2023 GLS.
Should I expect these kinds of issues into July 2024? Or is this usually addressed in February time frame?

Unfortunately, Mercedes is very slow when it comes to updating content on their website. The prior MY accessories may very well work w/your MY24 but you would buy at your own risk.
FWIW, the accessories page for my MY23 GLS is still not updated! How awful is that?

If you are looking for the owner's manual, can you find it in your MBUX?
How about Mercedes me? If it's there you can print parts of it I think. Or at least a screen print.

I can search it in MBUX, but I want to read it on my tablet or laptop, away from the car. Also, in MBUX almost all of the towing data is empty. I guess that I need to look in the glove compartment, but I think that I am going to find something equally incomplete. I was hoping to find the latest online and get a copy on my phone that is quickly searchable .

Note that it is particularly MBUSA that is slow to the game. They always lag compared to current reality.
The best thing to do is call the customer care center and discuss it with them. At least they will have a voice in the wind and maybe they can force Marketing (likely the maintainers of the website) to make something happen.
