It sounds like you may have worked this out but does the oxygen machine have DC voltage/amp requirements on it or a special DC plug? If its requirements fall into the range of USB PD you may be able to find or make a cable that could go from USB PD directly to the machine.

Did you find the way to plug ?? I need to charge my computer while working but without the 12V is impossible

Don't bemoan the loss of the MB AC power outlet. It was merely a two prong 150W receptacle.

My Genesis EV, on the other hand, is capable of powering three prong AC at 1,800W. Yeah, Baby!

This is because with only 12-14v of input creating 1800w would need 150 - 130 Amps of current draw. The EVs typically have 400+ volts available cutting the current draw down to only 4.5 Amps or less. This of course assumes a 100% efficient conversion. Most EVs have the capacity and voltage to effectively power a house for a few hours though they may not have the inverter capacity.
