PPM Plans
With tariffs wondering getting a Prepaid maintenance a good idea or not - Car is brand new only 400 miles took delivery last week. Dealer was saying $3000 for 3 service and $4000 for 4 service. Thoughts? Coming from a BMW X7 where all 4 service was covered this was bit surprising!

Since you're also new to Mercedes, I'd rather not commit to a multi-year plan unless you are sure you are "in love" with Mercedes....just sayin!

I'm not sure how tarrifs will impact fluids needed during service. Besides, wear and tear parts like brakes, rotors, windshield wipers are not covered by a prepaid plan, right?
Since you're also new to Mercedes, I'd rather not commit to a multi-year plan unless you are sure you are "in love" with Mercedes....just sayin!

This doesn't answer your question but I was just charged ~$2500 for 2 services, including the 60k service, since my 60k B service is $2,300

The maintenance on these cars is outrageous to be completely honest. Luckily I have a trusted 3rd party shop that has done all mine at a considerable discount over the dealer. If you don't have someone like that near you, most dealers here will send out quarterly coupons for service deals or % off service. I would definitely sign up for email/promotion list your dealer offers, those can be a lifesaver.
I recently had my 30k B service done and it was $358, would have been close to a grand at the dealer.
