USB card for 2025 GLS 580 dash cam
Gentleman,
I have a 2025 GLS 580 with factory dashcam.
I am using a Samsung USB card for recording.
PROBLEM: I have "LOOP" selected but when card is full the camera stops recording and I have to plug in a new card to continue recording.
QUESTION: Is there a special MB or commercial recording card to use for the "loop" to function?
A specific type card is NOT identified in the Owners Manual.
Your consideration is greatly appreciated.

I personally gave up on the OEM one and it's resolution, and ended up wiring up a high-end 4K dashcam, front and rear with wide angles.
I also enabled the ""loop" function in the aftermarket camera system by tapping into 2 of the empty fuses that happened to operate on/off in a way that the loop function needs.

But using the full 1 TB makes the infotainment very slow to boot up, so I reformatted the SSD to have only 64GB and now the infotainment boots as fast as when the SSD isn't plugged in.
