We've wandered way off topic, but what the heck -- I bought a Stihl MS192 chainsaw about 10 years ago. It meets EPA emissions by refusing to run. The problem with it is a goofy fuel tank vent that doesn't, so fuel flow locks up. I had to revise its venting so it will start and run according to its purpose as stated in the operator's manual. I also added air vents to my fuel cans, so that I can refuel my tractor in less than an hour. I'm waiting for the Feds to seize my barbecue grill and issue me a citation.
