Is the depth variation across the tread or around the circumference?
In the summer, I'm shopping at 4/32". Anything less invites aquaplaning.
As winter approaches, I'm shopping at 5/32". Which is where I am today, buying new winters.
I'll remount these All Seasons next summer, for another 1 - 2/32"
If you want to be brave you can be the first to check out the off brand tires for the 23" like the Lexani LX THIRTY. They're only like $225 each for the front and $275 each for the back.

You get summer monsoons or something where your are at? I'll run tires down to next to nothing in the California summer.

I'll be shopping come spring for new tires. While I'm at 6/32", I'm also at 6+ years. Just mounted a set of Nokian Outpost nAT's on my Wrangler, but haven't had enough snow to give them a workout.
I have got the 2026 GLS450 with 23" AMG wheels which came with Pirelli summer tires. I live in Ohio so cant survive with the summers set. at this wheel size only Accelera Iota, Lexani and Lionhart makes All seasons. So i went with Accelera tires and got it installed just a couple of days ago. So far it is good (knock) but cant promise anything yet. Unfortunately Michelin or other big manufacturers done make all seasons for 325/35 R23 size.

The AMG (All Money Gone) guys called, said to get your own box of Kleenex...
Jokes aside - this is unfortunate not uncommon on those tires. The AMG guys typically are looking at new tires with nearly every oil change, they only last around 10k miles.
