On my 2024 GLS where the rear bumper connects to the fender flare (shown in circle in pic) paint seems to be flaking off the fiberglass at the connection point. Anyone else had this issue? I know the extended CPO doesn’t usually cover trim but since it’s still under bumper to bumper, I have had trim pieces covered in the past, I’m going to have the dealer check it out. I’d prefer not to just use a touch up paint, not sure if there’s a better fix. Or maybe touch up of that small spot will suffice if it won’t continue to flake off once there’s paint on top. I haven’t had this happen on any of the painted fiberglass pieces on my other MB. Apologies for the zoomed out pic, it was what I have handy as I’m not near the vehicle at the moment. Thoughts?
