WTB/Searching for: Custom illuminated door sills
Does anyone here know a person or company who does custom illuminated door sills for the 203? I know back in the old C sportcoupe forums, there was a guy who did it. Custom designs, and light colors.
Does such a thing exist? I'm really looking to do it to add a little individuality to my C32.

Well, it's just like the normal illuminated door sills like most mercedes. Only I want to do different colors and designs

I bought my door sills from formymercedes.com last year and I've been happy with it so far. I don't know if they can do a custom design and/or change the light color from the standard blue, but you can always shoot them an email and ask them if they can do a custom sill design for you. Worst thing they will tell you is "No." lol.

Hi guys..
Though this is my first post, I've been following the mbworld since I purchased my Merc. Lots of healthy infos and the gurus been helping alot.
Anyway, back to topic, regarding the illuminated sills, since I'm looking for the same item, I've asked formymercedes regarding you guys curiousity about the custom/lighting sills, and this is the respond I get from Jerry the man himself:-

At this time, only blue Electroluminescent panels are available. I've asked the manufacturer to obtain a sample of pure white. If that light is satisfactory, then a mold will be made to create the panels, and then any color could be filtered from white.
So It's something I've wanted to offer, but have not received much cooperation from the mfg.
