I know it will fit these models for sure...
06 - 08 GL450 , GL500
06 - 08 ML350, ML500
06 - 08 R350, R500
And C55 AMG as well, as Trump43 has it in his.
With other ones, please make sure. . . Call dealers around and ask if its a compatible unit, some don't know and will simply say NO, but call and check with other dealers. . .
I'm certain that it will work with many other models, but don't know which ones for sure
- Comand navigation unit with GPS
- FM/Am
- Sirius support
Here is a pic of the plugs so You can make sure yourself if the plugs match or not. . .

I don't think the w211 navi works on the w203's and w209 because the w211 needs a Audio Gateway so im not sure how the others put it in there car with out that. For the picture above, its looks like a MCSII but with a different bezel, The stock W203/W209 look like this:
If you look closely, You will see that the one listed for sale has round corners and is little different shape on the outside, then the one for the w203/w209
