1994 Sl500 Vs 2004 Cl500 X2
so i was comming home from the Crystal Cove car show when a new CL 500 was tailgateing me. so i gave it some gas. as did he. so we were going up Newport Coast Drive when he "dropps it" so i did too. we are now going about 120 on a big curve and i am haveing no problem (new bilstein TIGHT shocks) and the CL starts to fall back. the light turns red and he gives me a bad look. so the light turns green and we both punch it. and my goose (SL) pullls away from him. now i am going 122 in third gear and i look down at my rpms and thay are at 66 hundrid. i said shti because im suposto shift at 117mph. i won and i pulled over in the market to look at my radiator (its been leaking) and lonebehold there is a crack on the top of it slowly spraying out radiatior fluid. i take it to my machanic and he now has the car till monday. least i won.....

on the 94 its not reily manumatic shifting, the goes straight to the tranny so its more user-unfriendly. i like to manualy shift because i can take the rpms higher (raceing up hill first) so that is why i like to override the auto matic. but some himes i mess up! lol

Take that 500E to the meet and give me a ride! Also so you can help represent the W124's.
