My first kill?
Well I don't know if this is a "kill" since I never heard the term before....but I'll tell it anyways. I had my 1999 clk430 and a buddy in the passenger seat. My other buddy was driving his 1998 Ford mustang GT convertable. We were all heading to the same destination. We come to a red light and he pulls up along side. Windows down, he looks over at me and says " I've been waiting to beat you for a while" The light turns green and he chirps the tires and jumps out to a slight lead. He's got the stick and knows how to shift. Of course my CLK430 is a bit laggy at the start but by the time he is 1\2 a car length ahead I start to take him.(my automatic finally realizes I want to go fast) I actually start to pull away until traffic gets in my way. I have to break for a van that pulls in my lane....he speeds off. My buddy that was with me said " you had him.....all I needed was a few more feet" Of course my mustang buddy thinks he won....but I know I would've had it. By the time the van pulled out I was going on 1\2 a car length ahead. Unfortunately I never looked down to see how fast I was going....adrenaline rush was nice though!! Haven't raced like that in a while.

Regardless of the name, how does the GT compare to the CLK430?? HorsePower?? Everyone knows about the cobra....but what about the GT? I assume a cobra would kill me.
