clk430vs540 sport
a friend of mine just bought a 98 540 6speed and he wants to race me. i think he'll take me because i got heavy *** 19" rims on my car. anybody knows the perf specs for a 540 6speed?

something like 6.0sec to 100km/h

donno about quater miles..your CLK430 does 6.3sec stock i think?

not sure..do it on the freeway and not 0-100...maybe you'll have better chance?

Sorry to burst your bubble, but you wont take him. They are pretty fast and run pretty damn close to the GS430.

Your CLK430 is not slow though. It's just not as fast as the 540 auto AND six speed.
