Sorry to say it but I agree this story sounds like something drummed up off a bad episode of The O.C. or Beverly Hills 90210.
Anyone whos driven on PCH knows 145mph sounds like a
possibility late night, no people, or not that's a ridiculous rate of speed for that area

hybrid girl, if he passed all the road side sobriety tests you dont have to submit to any other type of tests. If you fail any of the road side tests then you will have to take a test at the station that will give you a real reading.

why is ANYONE deffending the cop???
This all wouldn't have happened had the cop not raced. When you line up with another car and you assume he wants to race and you race and he doesn't go anywhere than you ease off. This cop punched it and didn't turn on his siren until 145 mph!!!! he should be the one under arrest.

I think its the whole story is BS. but if it did happened you ask for it! look at the last few post you had here its you racing with another car. its one thing if you were just racing, you were drunk or had alcohol on your system that right there is a bad combination. you said you were on PCH not to long ago a Ferrari got an acident and driver was drunk and racing a Mclaren, look what happened to him.... your lucky your not in jail right now.... that guys is going to be someone b!tch in Jail
