Thumbs down Laguna Hills OC kill

I heard about this last night on the Radio.

When they said AMG Mercedes and 20 year old I ****.
My kid is 20. Lives in the area. And has access to keys to my SL55.
But thank god he has a brain and not to take it out racing.

There is a video on the link too.

That M3 looks like it got hurt bad. Thats a open streatch that is uphill
then has a slight left turn towards the top of the hill. M3 failed the turn.
Bounced off the sign and flipped back into the street. Very bad.
The parents that gave this 18 year old kid a M3 are partially responsible.

The guy in the CLK55 is totally screwed. Looking at Murder 2 and 10-20
years in state prison. Bet the CLK was slowing and the M3 was doing a flybye when he ate it. Stupid kids in fast cars do not mix.

C0cky teenagers do stupid things. Yeah, its an utter shame that the boy is dead, others are injured, and someone’s life is ****ed but ask yourself. Are you really surprised at what happened? Guess he's not "invincible" after all, is he. The parents are now gonna be psychologically ****ed for the rest of their lives which will inherently burden the older sister's life, stunting her potential, and its all thanks to the people that gave him the keys, the parents themselves.

I said this in the recent thread about a teen that killed himself by crashing his 3 day old C43 AMG, and I’ll say it again...
(Thread link: https://mbworld.org/forums/c36-amg-c43-amg-w202/164215-teen-killed-crash-3-days-after-getting-c36-amg.html )

If your kid can't be absolutely trusted to drive responsibly without putting other people's lives in danger then he shouldn't be driving a lawnmower, let alone an AMG. That’s the bottom line.

As far as I’m concerned people should have to go through high-speed testing, hydroplane testing, maneuverability testing, etc... before they get a license. That way when **** does go down they know how to react instead of just slamming on the breaks and screaming.

Only then will this kind of **** stop. No body wants to crash their car. The problem is no one knows how to identify how far you can push it before you have no control over it, spin out, and crash. Plus, and this is a big one, NEVER FLY OVER A HILL, OR IMPRESSION IN THE ROAD, WHEN YOU CANT SEE WHATS OVER IT PAST 3 FEET AHEADA OF YOUR FACE.

My daughter is going to Skip Barber before she get's any kind of car with performance - and even then it'll be a handling car not a powerful one. Who gives their 18 year-old an M3?
