Whatever keys I grab first...
CLS55 AMG vs. Audi A4 *videos*
My son, who drives the Audi, ran into a CLS55 and thought he might get lucky.
He was wrong...
ROUND ONE
He says the CLS flew by him and he attempted a "catch-up". The CLS slowed because of a severe dip, before hammering it again. The Audi gets a jump *hence* the couple seconds lead he had. I was rather surprised the Audi had the lead for so long.
ROUND TWO
From my observation, this was a fair rolling start. The ending no great surprise to anyone.
FINAL ROUND
He says he switched lanes and gunned it, but when he saw the CLS wasn't giving chase, he let go of the gas--AND-- at the exact moment the CLS gunned it. By the time the Audi got on the throttle again, the CLS looks to have dissapeared.
No great surprise, the outcome wouldn't of been any different regardless of what Audi model it was, much less a stock Audi A4. It has an S-Line package, Suspension, Rims, straight-pipes, and a K&N.
Enjoy.

Cee Fiddy Five
I have a friend with a B5 A4 2.0T...put around 5 grand into recently.
Told me he felt confident he could "hang" with me, untill he did some research onto the C55! After that he dropped it completely.![Smilie](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
Not saying the A4 is bad at all...I mean you can get those buggers to be really fast. Plus he can use his car in snow...
