Nice kill but it was to be expected.....Just a little perspective for some of you...Not all Japanese car drivers are ricers....I own a "whiny" 350z lol..I suffer no illusions of how fast/slow my car is......Buuuut...I will have a friendly run with any car thats game regardless of if Im outgunned or not....I lose more often than I win...But I love seeing a more powerful car just effortlessly pull away from me....It just cements how powerful it is...Ive run Gallardos, F430, SLR Mclarens, AMG's, Porsches Vipers etc and have gotten royally raped everytime...I loved every minute of it
.....Some of us just like to see the car perform the way it was made to as most owners just seem to get those highend cars for posing.....I always give the thumbs up and never ricer flyby...
BTW my last run just happened to be with a 02[?] C32[squarer shape]...It was surprisingly equal up to about 125 mph where he started to pull on me a little...We shut down shortly after with him ahead by a fender...Thought it would have ended the way it usually does when it comes to AMG's, with me seemingly stuck in reverse

Itsmeek what car are you driving????I dont doubt you about beating 350z's...They really arent fast sportscars but they are great handlers...

AndrewAZ I know what you mean...But most of the time its a compliment as most guys with Z's admire the M3...Its a close race till just over 100mph then the M3 just exits the area faast...Unfortunately most 350z drivers are teens/early 20's and we all know how we were at that age...Its not the cars fault but such behavior as you describe makes you hate the car instead of the owners...

In the 350Z run ins I have had I never had one close to me from a 0-60 run. I think the best race I had in the M3 was vs an SLK350 YES a 350, my tires were basically bald on the M3 in the rear and off the line the SLK350 was dead even with me. Even from a 40mph roll the SLK350 stayed closer than any 350Z ever did.
I respect your experiences as not all drivers are the same...But in my experience when I first got my car I ran several M3's from a dig and a roll and the beating didnt start till around/after 100mph...Maybe they couldnt drive their M3's well I dont know....The M3 is obviously the faster car no question...Just stating my experiences...Is yours stock???Im refering stock to stock....At no time was I ever in front..Most of the way up to 100 I was about at his back bumper to about 1/2 car back before the licks began....I call that close some may call that a beating

No offense to 350z owners but the 350z is more on par in performance to the E36 M3. And saying the pulling only starts over 100 is just crazy, you will have a good bus length put on you by 100 in an E46 M3.

Yes mine was a stock SMG, from a dig I was always at a disadvantage with SMG. Off the start in 1st gear we would be close but usually they would be at my back bumper by the end of 1st, and BAM perfect redline shift into 2nd and continue the pull. I would say the best one of the 350Z drivers ever got was 1 1/2 cars behind me by 70 or 80 mph. From a roll of 30 or 40 mph it was pure murder.

Good video. I cant find Oaces 350z vs M3 drag race. But that video is of an E36 M3 having some runs with a 350z. Yes the E36 has mods but nothing to bring it close to that of an E46. You can search for videos of e46 vs 350z and it basically takes a supercharged 350z to be even or beat an E46 M3.
Dont waste your money on an M3, they are overrated and not worth the $10k premium over the normal 3 series. 99% of the time you cant even use the power. To me its more fun having a less powerful car that you can shift more times at WOT than to have a fast car that you can only do 1 gear change and be doing jail speeds.

Only thing Ill say is I hope you really dont think it takes a supercharged Z to take out an M3...107mph[M3] - 103[Z] I hardly think an M3 has a chance against a supercharged Z...Something tells me that the supercharged Z will make more than the 4mph difference in the 1/4

No you're quite correct. I'll accept a C32 is generally going to be a little quicker in a straightline and it's a nice car but 350Zs and 'Stangs aren't worth the gas to race. Hope you're enjoying your E90

Ow I love it. Not a single thing wrong with it and not even a a single rattle. The only complain I have is the classic BMW and MB brake dust is still bad. But I dont know what they are using on the 07 E350 sport sedans you can drive that thing for a good week and a half before you see any dust on the rims.

To let you guys know on my Beltimer I ran a 13.58@102 with my 95 c36 AMG stock. The best I did with my 03 350Z w spacer,exhaust was a 13.7@101 same road, conditions. I'm a member in TSZ33.com and My350Z.com
