we both came up to a red light and i hit the gas pretty hard just because and i guess he took it as a race so i thought why not... his nose did pull ahead of mine but not for long. i was a bit suprised. How fast are those C350s?

 

How fast? Same as the CLK350. They run 0-60 around 6.1sec around there.

 

I raced eric (e1000) at the drag strip in the E350 vs C350 and off the line its a drivers race.. Basically whoever got a better start won but the C350 would consistently trap 2-4 mph higher than the E350. We were both running nearly 15 flat but it was our first time at the drag strip and both our cars had quite a bit of gas in them.

So CLK350 vs C350 VS E350 is almost a drivers race off the line.

CLK350 weight=3585 C350=3495 E350=3740.. The C350 and CLK350 both share the same gear ratio while the E class has a slightly different gear ratio which might explain why it is close to the others despite the weight.. But as you can see the C class has a slight weight advantage...
