This morning I get up it was cloudy. But still I wanted to go to Captree. I needed gas so I filled up. Not a good thing I regretted later. I pull into OBI, its before Captree. Not a good turnout but I see my AMG crew. Nice so I get to run a stock c43 he gets me by a car. Find out he has only a 1/4 tank of gas! Another run with a modded Audi 1.8t. He gets me a car at the launch but I pull him pretty good 60+. So I'm impressed with my c36 with 91k+miles!

 

Yeah we had a good run, impressive C36, not quite as fast as a C43, but for the hp difference its amazing how close they run.

My poor stock turbo and AWD gives me a good 0-60 but beyond that it sucks. 2871R or 16G turbo hopefully over the summer =). Good run though, I was suprised how hard I pull off the line, just unfortunately after 60 you just reeled me in.

Next time we run Jared, I'm going to have 1/4 tank gas. So when is the next meet? This weekend is no good driving down to Virginia with my gf. Still debating which car to take. Militant- I thought your car was quicker. Carls car is too fast. I don't even bother!

Haha ok, we'll have our gas tanks exactly even, however if you want to be so very technical then I'll have to put some stock 17" Monoblocks back on because the E55 18's I have are much heavier.

 

Jared your car is fast. But we should do it again! Weight makes a difference,remember when you had a passenger?

 

Exactly, so get me 4 17" stock monoblocks then if you want to be so technical.

 

When its nice and cold with no heat soak, with the stock turbo my car moves to 80 reasonably quickly but after that the turbo just dies off and its done for. 1.8 liter displacement isn't helping either, by the end of the summer even Jared's car won't be keeping up =).

My c36 loves cold weather. Well all cars perform better in cooler temps.
