CLS63030vsZ06



So you raced a 55 with your Z06? This is about the ultimate dragster the CLSS 63 030 with 18" rears and 19" fronts , stock man. You cannot jump in here with your 1000 hp ride and claim it runs a 10.3 LOL. I am talking stock Z06 vs Stock 63.. The car runs what it runs. 13.5.........Your car is really nice and super fast but it cannot be compared to the Vette I ran nor the car I drive. When I get my TT bolted on I will run you. The ricker is stock and his Vette would be pressed to run a 13.5 @ LACR. I offered to buy him a new C16 if he could do an 11.9 LOLOLO><OOLOLLOLLLOLOOLLLOhaaaahhahahahaahhahaahha ahahhahaha, never gonna happen,

And dont forget -my car is N\A on 93oct... I can add 50hp like piece of cake and still will be N\A. Thats the HUGE difference between N\A and TT engine. With TT my car has 1500whp and thats another story... I think that there is no point in such power

When you will be faster that LP640,CGT,SLR. Then there will be the point to race with me, because i`m faster

Im N/a too man, hey how can I get 620 hp in my 6.2L V-8? So we have something in comon we are borth normally aspirated...YEAH !!

FYI Im in MD and race at MIR, I have seen John (Ranger) make a few of his record runs back when he had his C5.

About TQ, dont forget that i have N\A engine not turbo not charger...
So 570ft is not bad for such a light car..But i can be wrong

About Drag times i dont care too.Because i saw as CGT made 12.1 on a DRAG STRIP, i did 11.8 on an airfiend...By the way,at the same day CLS 5.5 Kleeman K4 650hp made the best - 13sec

Next Z06 I roast I will post a Video. Funny part of this thread is your posts clearly show that the Z06 is beatable on the Drag Strip yet you post Rangers time to diminish my results on the strip? I posted actual time slips of a REAL race in which the Z06 was beaten. The stock cars run what they run and the CLS 63 @LACR and your AIRSTRIP outperforms the Z06. The story is one word "TRACTION" The race is won in the first 60 ft and even the video you posted shows the 63 getting the jump(according to you). In the 1/4 mile the VETTE has nottith the timeth to catchith the 63!!!

1. the pewter car was a C5 zo6
2. it was running MT ET streets
3. it had and ATI Procharger.... 8 psi
the vette was a serious car, trapping 112 at LACR is not messing around in the least. BUT.. traction for the higher horsepower cars (especially on the top end) is crucial. the 2 z06s (the other spraying) were SKATING down the track.... if the pewter car got a good run (didnt all night) it would be EASILY an 11 second @ 120+ mph. the yellow car ran 123 mph.... thats good for 135 and 10s easy.
but this was a race at the dragstip where juice had the traction advantage, and pulled off a clean run. if it were a 1/2 mile race.. the vette would have walked him, but it wasnt.
anyway, juice, i didnt see your last few runs on wed, i had to take off... the lexus almost hit the wall, and the driver was a bit shaken up, so we left early.
see you next wednesday.

Hey man thanks for showing up! I seem to also be having some traction issues the last few times at LACR. I nearly crashed on Wednesday as well. I think I need to keep the BFG on for palmdale. I ran at Irwindale Turs and di ok..8.117@87 1/8 mile woohoo..So I am headed to SAC. Sorry about the car man hard to control those TURBOs
