My 94(OBD1)332i has 3.2L motor, Schrick cams ,full Supersprint exh with Euro headers,3.5"Euro HFM, and TMS chip. From a roll second to third gear ONLY it would keep up with my AMG (B4 I added exh and cams to the AMG). From third to fourth gear my AMG would always decisively walk away from it.
The only car that kept up with my AMG b4 mods and with just the 5.5l motor was the E46 M3. The faster we went I would slowly but surely pull away.NOW! With my car modded the way it is ,it's not even a contest even against a modded N/A E46 M3. I will be looking for E39 M5's next.

Actually he wrecked his m3 that night on a turn i told him to lead so i can see his driving, i got tired of his micky mouse i was going to overtake him and he got on it...spunout on the turn went flying into the turn then back on to the road Anymore questions ?

I had one rolling run with an E60 M5 where I pulled away from him later to hear him tell me he was in the wrng gear.
The E46 M3's are no contest. I can let them leave first and I catch them. No exaggeration!
I'd love to race an E39 M5. My car weighs hundreds of lbs less and has almost the same HP. Not a worry and I'm looking out for one to run.
NYC_SRT8 ran a 12.7@ 111 mph & 12.6 at 112mph in his 300C SRT8(modded). When we both go WOT next to each other our cars are neck and neck until one of us just gives up. I'm dying to dyno my car and take it to the track.

Hmm someday ill get there... im very young setting fastest laps at track events / karting tracks...i would settle for DTM or anything of that sort
--iv beaten pros in karting and at track events...
