I had a black (black opal?) C230 try and race me last night... Off the line he floored it I wasn't paying attention. Guy slowed down and waited for me to catch up and then WOT as soon as I got next to them, I went WOT back and pulled away quickly and the guy gave up. It was a pre 05 C230 since it had the frosted headlights and kompressor badge.

[edit] About a week ago was running against a guy in 335 in Brooklyn. Most of the time he was getting off the light first, but it was fairly simple to catch up and get ahead of him. At the end I just rolled down the window and said to him "Great Car!". And that 335 really was a great car. I was driving slightly modded 3000GT

 

i wouldn't even bothered with already knowing the results. it's not like my old e46 328ci where hp rating's the same as the c230k
