video: e500 vs stock carrera cab 997
This is a Video of me spankin on 2 guys in a 997 carrera cab. vs my E500 all stock i had a 1/4 of gas and i had it in sport mode and reset my acceleration ecu.
me whoopin him by a 1/2 car length explanation, he has an extra passenger plus its a drop top but me i have 1/4 tank of gas and just me now if weight is the factor we should be very close stock carrera has 325hp but only 280lbs of torque or so and e500 has 302hp and 339lbs of torque. I take Chargers all day and they have 340hp but i think thats BS cause i lead them but a 1/2 car all day anyway watch the vid. My cousin sent it to me and i didnt know it lol... I talked to the passenger and he gave me props but the driver he was kind of young and was all pissy and said he was planning on selling his 997 because i offered to sell him some 19's off my dads C4.

the chargers are not even a problem, they will be even in low end about 1st and 2nd gear but 3rd on the e500 is Sweet.. Unless its chipped or tuned (exhaust, intake etc..) but all chargers do is get exhaust and Ugly *** rims, theres only a hand full of some real sick 1s.

That's pretty embarassing considering the fact that 997 cab is a 100,000$ sports car and an E500 is a 55,000$ sedan. These 997's just don't have enough torque to compete with other cars in that price segment... I considered buying one, but was extremely unimpressed with the test drive. Sure the handling is great, but when paying nearly a hundred grand for a sports car, you expect more than 295lb-ft of torque
