C230 Kompressor Vs. Volvo Turbo Wagon
Last year, I was sitting at a stoplight on the way home from work. I happened to be sitting next to a gold Volvo Turbo Wagon, it wasn't an R (thank God). I looked over and made eye contact with the driver and then looked up to the light. I guess that's a secret motion that a race is about to initiate?...
Since it's a supercharged Benz, the accelerator is a little jumpy and I like to reach the speed limit a.s.a.p. Well, apparently this guy decided to show off this turbo power and I decided to catch up. We reached the speed of 135mph.. which is about as far as my tires will go. But luckily I had an excuse to let him continue on his way. There was a state trooper ahead on a stakeout and my turn was about 150yds ahead so I had to apply brakes like crazy!
I've never had a rush like that, ever. It probably was the best adrenaline rush I'll ever have.
