I have breaking news about the incident. It seems that 350Z veer off the side of the road from the factory WITHOUT another vehicle present on the road. That's right this proves the OP's innocence. I think the 350Z was using the NAAWWS too much. Harry told that kid NAWWS isn't for someone with a heavyfoot. Well heres the Accident Recreation Footage with some slow motion to show how the 350Z crashes itself when the "DRIFT KING" button is pushed. It's kinda like the M button on M5s except it makes the car drift and the driver into a douchebag.

Yep, a few cases like this have happened locally here in Washington. If you are AT ALL involved in any part of the "race" then you're liable for everyone's lives involved in the accident. Sounds like a felony to me.
