Freekin confused here!!!
ok, when i first got my car, i spanked my dude in his 330ci like 2x. but tonight was weird.
i rolled up to my local gas pump, and their was my friends little brother in a m3(e46 body) but was not sure on the year. and i started messing with him, race me race me talk. he was cocky, and as i know him well enough, he is a dumb driver with little lack of respect for the road and factors around the road(drivers/conditions).
its late and no one is on the highway, from a rolling stop, we get on the ramp and i gun it..... he didn't start till i was a good 3 cars ahead of him? I'm flying on the e-way now and he comes flying up behind me, as gets closer, i ***** out..... the weather was killing me with wind gusts at over 33 mph!
i slowed it down while feeling my car shift with every hit of wind it took, he pulls off .
now i feel like a ***** and don't know if i can get another race out of him until spring time at the best.
from what i know, he is faster and would probably spank me, but never heard of anyone in a 500 vs. a M3(stick by the way).
was it wiser to stay away from high speeds in this winter weather? yea, but damn i feel like a *****, with NO ONE ON THE HIGHWAY!!!!!!!!
confused part - would he of owned me badly?

A competent driver in a stick E46 M3 is going to murder a CL500 in the straights and of course the twists. More power (333bhp vs 302bhp) and a whole lot less weight. What did you expect?
Also, what difference does it make that you beat a 330ci two times, or ten times for that matter? They are not even in the same league as the M3 with a paltry 231bhp.

that's a 100hp less, is that M3 non supercharger THAT BADD that its 100hp higher then the supercharged? wtf......
eh, oh well, now i know this is gonna sound gay, and i still love my car, but i want TO OWN M3's lol...... maybe in a few years i'll upgrade if that 65 drops any more..... hopefully

Don't understand why you think you would be able to keep up with an E46 M3...A E500 could maybe hang with one on the highway with an average driver in the M3.

he stated above that the 330 was about 100 hp less then the m3, thats why i said it.
i understand now that the m3 would smoke me..... but why do i still have an urge to RACE IT lol
