Yes way.
Fastest in the states, fastest S4 world wide is the Polish VTG Killer Runs 9.6 all day long. Earlier I was referring to Marcs car as well, I'm surprised he raced you at all usually he doesn't waste his time on anything other than cars in the 10s or 11s.

Frank raced Jackson before (Stage 3 Nogaro wagon) in his E55, was neck and neck past 150 from what Jackson told me. Haven't seen his 996tt yet though.

Dude, I've owned a B5 S4 I know all about how fast they are, I'm not saying their not. Mine was AWE tuned, stock turbo swap out and all that, so no need to school me on Audis. I know all about that, all I was saying was it's a CLK500, capeche?

And no, Marc hasn't raced me you got your facts all wrong.

Good job Italionstallion anyways, wished you would've had your Nitrous set-up.

I never knew Jackson raced Frank, you sure about that? I know that he raced Joon's E55 and they were very close but Joon was ahead every time. Frank's E55 when running properly was stronger than Joon's E55. So I find it strange that Frank lost, although he might have had some problems with his car if they did run.

I think Frank's 996TT will demolish most cars when hes done with it. I'm sure you've seen the Porsche Protomotive dudes who have their 600 and 700hp Turbos and GT2's. Those guys are almost unbeatable on the streets unless you have a turbo Viper or a supercharged 'Vette thats had a lot of work done on it and has high boost.

I'm a fan of Jackson's car though...very cool and he's a chill dude.

First race both S4's were off boost and I was able to pull them all the way up to 120. After that, we did a couple of more runs and they beat me both times. The black one (I forgot the type of chip he had, I'll post it when I find out) beat me by like a length or so. The blue AWE S4 just kept pulling up top and he was able to get ahead and go in front of me. Beat me by at least 3 lengths.

Videos to follow very soon.

Those B5's when tuned properly are NO JOKE. I remember when I raced Marc's 10 second S4 and he annihilated me...it was like a Z06 vs a Civic lol.

All races down south of the border.
Guess I'll have to come and discipline those two B5 S4's for you then Bobby.

Jackson's on a mission.

Joon and I were there. Jackson's Audi is fast ,stuck with Frank's car over 100mph until Frank started pulling away hard as the speed's climbed.

They raced TWO different days. Once going to a famous place I will not name and another day in Mexico heading south late almost to the wee hours of the morning. Joon and I were there both times.

I'm surprised he felt he ran with Frank up to 150mph.

After Joon got his S/C pulley fixed he did the same thing Frank did to Jackson! Pulled hard!!!!!!

However this is not taking away from Jackson's Audi because God knows ,Frank's and Joon's cars ran HARD!

As far as Marc,I understand he has the ultimate S4 TT from videos I've seen and from whatr I've heard from many others. Now he's rocking a Magnum SRT8 into the low 12's gutted of course like his Aud.

OK check this out. Think before racing a B5 S4 the next time you line up with one. It's a B5 S4/RS6 hybrid, putting down AWHP numbers ala SL65.

Small world, I know some of the people on that chart you put up. RS6 hybrids are definitely the way to go. I also like the K24/18 turbos for Porsches (K24/20s are sick too!).

Yo Carl, I haven't seen you in forever bro! How have you been? I can't wait until this Spring. Frank is gonna be rockin' the 996TT, Jody with the CL65, you with the monster Talon, me with most likely a Z06, and the rest of the gang. Its gonna be serious, thats for sure.

RS6 hybrids are NOT the way to go. They're unreliable and prone to failing. There are one or two guys that have em working right, while others had nothing but messy problems.
OEM RS6 turbo's are beginning to come into play, Autospeed is now offering a kit for 7k that has oem RS6's with the waste gate modified to fit perfectly on the S4.( http://forums.audiworld.com/s4/msgs/2745530.phtml ) Problem is past 470whp the rods on the 2.7t will fail, 480whp is really the breaking point.

While GT28s are nice, they take hell of a long time to spool (Friend has them on his S4, turbo's hit full boost at 4800rpm) and to take full advantage the whole engine is best off built and bored. (To hit 600whp+ like desired engine has to be built regardless.)

I think Jackson is using a stck bottom end and making at least 470whp I'd have to guess. Guess he maybe at the threshold but he'd have to chime in.

He def does not have that much power, I was in another Nogaro blue S4 avant that raced Jackson, at the time my friends S4 wasn't running right but now it runs 11.8's all day long, if I had to guess hes at around 440-450 tops. Though we were speculating that he might have full RS6s turbo's because of the way that car pulled from 4th on. From what I remember Jackson was saying how he runs mid to high 11s.

I have a video actually.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pOgZMbGON5c

Second my friend changed the gear Jackson's car was gone. My friends avant was running 12.8 at the time, had some timing issues. Clear in the video =/

Yeah I saw that before, but also his mods are more of the OEM breed. Such as Piggies instead of full 3" DP's, and Rs4 intercoolers vs full AWE or other brand which are quite bigger.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x9dwRaF8kyE&NR=1

This is my friends S4, at the time of the video his car had such a ****ty tune (running rich and the fats were terrible), now the car is really running well, perfect timing / fuel + air.

Modded B5 S4's are no joke. I had an A6 with the 2.7 bi-turbo motor in it and it was just so easy to tune!!! Definitely have to watch out for those lil things...VERY FAST...

Wasssup Carl....how have you and the boyz been?

Anyways.....i'd like to clarify a couple of points that were being thrown out there. When SleeperX and I ran the 2nd time (that night down in "Messico")....it was 3-way runs with another Yellow 996TT (with just Chip). I can surely attest that on all the clean runs, the 996TT was the fastest....to any speed that night. As far as between Frank and I.....we would be very VERY close till about 150 MPH (I was actually ahead by a hair at about 140 MPH or so)...where he would pull maybe 1/2 car ahead. And these were runs from say anywhere from 5 MPH to 15 MPH all the way past 150 MPH.

I am fairly sure of these outcomes.....even the other driver of the Yellow 996TT would attest to that. It was basically a drivers race.....NO ONE pulled away from anyone. All the cars were fairly close.

Joon's car was def faster than mine after he got his S/C Pulley fixed.....but it was a fairly close race still. No one pulled away easily....from any speeds. You can see that in the vids.

Either way...it was fun and I'm gald we're alive

I ran both Frank and Joon's cars.....two different times for each of their respective E55's. I can honestly say that Frank and Joon's car were prob very EQUAL (drivers race)......if they ever got a chance to run toe to toe once Joon's car was fixed. Remember.....I ran Joon's car before he replaced hi SC Pulley....and pulled ended up ahead 7 of 8 races. You can see those races here.......

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T05JEwaLX9g

After Joon got his SC Pulley replaced......his car got MUCH stronger....as strong if not stornger than Franks setup.....IMHO. You can see those races here.......

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vMms_-Y34fc

In any case.....they were all damned good races. As good of races ad you can stack up.....especially with cars of different makes and mods

We should not care about power......should only pay attention to trap speeds anyways. Either way...I think I make about 430-445 awhp on a Mustang.....and 450-470 AWHP on a Dynojet. Also.....I am on Plain Jane K04's......lol, not sure why you guys think I have Hybrid turbos or what.

My full-weight Avant traps 120-122 MPH.......thats all I care about. We can do some more runs once I get some free time in the Spring......I know a few people itching to run me

PS. Here is some GREAT races between 3 of the strongest S4's around. Marc's Silver APR that has gon 11.6@120+, Justin's K04/RS6 Hybrid car that has gone 11.6@124+, and my Avant. My Lemmi adaptation killed me on the 1st run
