WERE TOYING WITH ME, WHEN I WAS ON 880 HEADING DOWN BACK TO HAYWARD FROM SANTA CLARA, I SEE THIS MUSTANG SWERVING IN N OUT OF LANES, IT'S LOWERED WITH WHEELS, LOOKS NICE, IT PAST ME, HE CUT ME OFF, IT SAID GT ON THE BACK, THEN AFTER I SEE THIS OTHER MUSTANG COME UP,IT WAS A COBRA THE DRIVER WAS TAILGATING, N IT PISSED ME OFF, BOTH LOOK LIKE 02 TO 03 MODELS, THIS ONE SHOWED A COBRA ON THE BACK, BOTH GOT IN FRONT OF ME, I WAS AT 3,000 RPM, CRUISING AT 80, THEY FLEW BY PRETTY QUICK, TOO, THEN THEY SLOWED DOWN, N STARTED TAUNTING ME, THE COBRA WAS HEAVY 3 PEOPLE INCLUDING DRIVER, THE GT HAD 2 INCLUDING DRIVER, I HAD 1 PASSENGER, THERE WAS A LOT OF TRAFFIC,i guess they thought "eh it's a c class let's F*** with it, i don't think they saw tha AMG sgn when they passed me earlier, so i had to let em see wat AMG is made of, i started swerving around myself, cut through a few cars, there was about a mile or two of empty space in front of us, i floored it, my exhuast started screaming, i have no muffler so it sounds almost like a ferrari from 5000 to 6500 RPM loud as HELL!! i gained about 6 car lengths on both of em, i saw the lights of the mustangs they were xenon, i looked at my speedo, i was doin 120MPH n still going. i've done only a few mods on the car, like lights wheels, and modified exhaust, , and lowered suspension, but damn, that was an impressive gain. after that i slowed down my exit was coming up, me n my buddy looked over as we were exiting, the two mustangs went by, and everyone in each of them, had a look i will never forget the look of, "damn wat the hell you got in there!" or "that's a C clasS?" i'm pretty sure they didn't even get to see the AMG sign again, as i was out really quick HOLY CRAP THAT CAR FLEW, IT WAS AWESOME!

are you serious? first off an 03 cobra would ..... i cant even say walk... RUN... it would run by a c36amg.... thats from a dig.... roll at any speed.... its a supercharged 390 ANIMAL..... so you got the wrong car bro... maybe they had the cobra put on for shts and giggles.... 2002 cobra's were never produced... even a 2001 cobra would pull on you all day...

I am not at all saying this diddnt happen... put probably were just racing a regular GT.... and to say you had 6 car lengths they must have had people in the trunk.... lol...

Nice kill, but you said you were cutting in and out of traffic on 880? Lots of real bad accidents there lately, many speed related. Great to have fun but keep it safe and don't endanger other drivers by cutting in and out. It may not be you who cuts the some other driver off who gets hurt, but if you are racing, you are just as guilty and can be held liable.

 

ANYWHO, IDK HONESTLY IF IT WAS A COBRA OR NOT, BUT IT DID HAVE THE COBRA BUMBER AND IT DID HAVE THE COBRA, THEY FINALL CAUGHT UP WHEN I WAS EXITING. AND THE GUY IN THE MUSTANG WAS A "GANGSTA" LOOKIN GUY. BUT YEA, WELL IT WAS PROB AN 01 THEN, MY BUDDY HAS A COBRA ENGINE IN HIS GT BODY I HELPED HIM DROP IT IN. AND WE'VE RACED. ITS NOT THAT QUICK MAN, THAT CAR IS HEAVY, I'M NOT TALKIN ABOUT THE MUSTANGS THAT LOOK LIKE THE OLD ONES. LIKE FROM THE 60'S. IT'S NOT 390, HIS STANG WAS LIKE 320 HORSES ON THAT ENGINE. I'M RUNNING ABOUT 320 MYSELF WITH LIGHTS MODS.

In the older body Mustang, there were two Cobras, one with the N/A 320HP motor. In 2003, the motor was supercharged and packed 390HP with loads more torque.
