2006 C280 4MATIC, 2006 Suzuki GSX-R1000 race bike
in case he comes here while i am not here, this is the deal.
rob and i will take the ride out to wherever he is (i think it is michigan), with my stock 1000 in the trailer. i will let him inspect the bike fully, so he knows i am not bull****ting, and i expect the same in return. we will run however he wants, be it from a dead dig, 30mph roll, 80mph roll, whatever. whichever way he decides, we will run up to the top speed of my bike, which is a little over 180mph due to gearing/hp limitations.
here is where it gets good. after i win, i own his car, and he has to pay for rob and i's traveling expenses. he is so confident he can beat a 1000 with a good rider? bring it on.

Anthony, I'll race your stock 1000cc for fun if you want. I know Rob has been trying to set this up for a while, so I'm definitely down to get owned lol.

really i am just messing with him, i would never expect him to give up his car just for losing a race to a bike that i know will beat him. i was hoping he would have responded by now, but oh well.
i have raced quite a few high-hp cars on my 1000, one of which was a 800+rwhp supra, another being a hennesy tt viper, both of which i beat on my stock 1000. rider is the determining factor, not bike.
and i'll tell you what, while i might be decent launching and drag racing a bike, rob will dust me any day of the week, that is how good he is.

yup, i have seen turbo busa's with poor riders lose to n/a vipers, and seen basically stock gsx-r600's with a good rider beat z06 vettes, so anything is possible.

I said it before and I will say it again. From an 85 to 160, I will beat any stock 1000. Come to MI and find out. I don't race for cash nor will I put my car's title on the line for a bike that is worth what my rims cost.

Dude I really don't think our cars are fast enough to beat those things...I mean, I never raced a 1000cc bike but from the stats (I have read 9's@140+mph), and power to weight it looks like we would lose. Maybe you haven't raced against good riders?

haha, speaking of setting up things, were u still trying to see what my stealth bomber was talking about? 
Please explain to me why I would drive from NY to MI to race you for nothing.We offered to DRIVE out to run you&see whats up,the very least you could do would be to run for the gas it cost us to drive out there & back....The challenge was issued,you declined so leave it at that.If you man up&decide to back up what you say your car is capable of then lets do it...but were not driving 14hrs to beat a 10.5 second modded car with a 9 second stock bike for free.

SHHH!!! he doesn't know that the stock gearing on an 05/06 GSXR-1K is good for 105mph in first gear......how devastating do you think holding the engine at a steady 12,000rpm@85mph in 1st gear&then snapping it wide open to 13,500rpm redline&then hitting 2nd gear would be to a 530whp vette?
