Probably true. But I refused to pay any more than 'X' amount in the *****ty AZ market. Also had to consider distance to work. Ruled out a lot of areas that I would have loved to live in. Was very close to buying in Arcadia, but the greedy *******s wanted way more than I thought the home was worth, esp these days.

Forecast says scattered thunderstorms until 9pm, then it's supposed to clear up a bit around 10pm...I'll check back in the afternoon.
