Well I was just out cruising around trying to figure out where I was going to go for my lunch break. I was minding my own business driving down a 4 lane road when all of a sudden I see a silver Carrera convertible up ahead pull out of a business park hauling ***. Don't know if it was a 996 or a 997, I find it hard to differentiate those two bodies apart. At this point I was thinking hmm I bet he'd be down for a run if we could get lined up

So I try and play catch up with him for about a mile or two and finally the light up ahead turns red but he jumps in the far left turn lane so I take the right left turn lane. I know that after the left hand turn we make there is about a 1/2 mile before my right hand lane will run out. Once I pull up alongside the guy he gives me a smug look and pulls forward a lil bit to get to where I cant see him. So Im like whatever he just probably thinks Im in just some c230 or something

So we get our turn light and we both slowly make our turn. We get them straightened out and we are now lined up evenly going about 20-25 mph. We both hit it. I think he might have gotten a slight jump as I saw his fender pull forward for a split second before I pulled a solid 2 and half cars on him. I was still WOT and merged in front of the guy. The P car was still WOT as well till I shut it down at around 90. Gave him a couple quick taps of the breaks to give him heads up that I was gonna slow down and not to plow into me. The look on the guys face in my rear view was priceless once we got slowed back down to the speed limit.

We get to the next light and he wont even look over at me. Guess he couldn't stand getting stomped by a 4 door.

CLIFFS: Out to lunch and got a run in with a Carrera from a slow roll. Carrera gets pulled by 2.5 cars. Owner goes home to cry about getting beat by a 4 door

 

nice report and kill...C55 is a sweet ride with 5.4 and flared arches...
