C43 vs. S55
Hey all:
I just got back from getting lunch, and had to post this story for you guys. I driving to Wendy's to get me some lunch, when I look and in my rearview mirror an S class rolls up behind me. As I go to the next light, I see that he swings over in the next lane.
So he gets next to me and inches up a bit. I do the same. The guy was probably in his mid to late 30's, I figure he'll play! Light turns green and we both punch it. My ESP light is going crazy and you can hear the tire squeal from the both of us. I did start to pull on him (probably b/c my car is lighter) and he never did get a chance to pull even with me. His front bumper was about where my wheel well is. The run was probably about 1/8 of a mile. I wish I we could have gone at it some more. As we slowed down b/c of traffic, he kinda passes me and sticks his index finger out and shakes it like "you are bad." Thought that was funny.
I'd love to go at it again. I was very happy with the performance of my car.
