Dear Mr. Black SL550 driver in San Diego...

Ricer fly-bys that put other motorists at risk are not necessary and do not make up for the distance I pulled on you... in Mexico.

Sincerely,

TwentyValve.

PS: For the record, it would have been nice to get a cleaner start if you weren't driving like such a douchenozzle.

Ha, I know the type. Had a Carrera S do the same thing a little while back.

I used to have an S4 myself. That RS4 of yours looks great, a different league to the S-series stock-stock. I've had a decent amount of driving time in a friend's B7 RS4 and the engine is a peach while the damping and braking is far improved over the B6/7 S4.

Lose the front plate though

Heh, thanks Carl. Yeah, you're right about the suspension and brakes -- except the DRC fails and the brakes get a little toasty and unpredictable after repeated heavy usage... but I guess two tons on stock components will do that.

The front plate is gone; that pic is from when I took delivery. I haven't really taken any good shots since the swap for the filler panel; I'll have to get some.
