I took a hard look at my life and the consensus is, I'm 23, I have my own 4000sq/ ft Audi/VW performance facility, a project in the pipe line I want, my own nice apartment, and some more goodies in the near future. Im pretty sure for a 23 year old, thats pretty damn good.

I'm not a patsy mailman with a boss, with a mediocre house, and a dead end job with no where to move up. We'll see where I am, AT YOUR AGE. I'm sure it won't be driving a pre-owned AMG.

For your information I'm a supervisor with a great pension,401k,great benefits. These days alot of people would love to work for the USPS. Yes I love my job! I have a fiance who is a college professor. I'm happy with my life. So stop and think about your future You got alot to learn kid!

Dude Do you even know what I do day in and day out? 55k? Thats what a carrier makes base pay. Been a supervisor for years and with OT I make close to 70k doing almost nothing. I never bragged about my position and salary. You don't even know me. Ever heard of smart investment where your money grows? My fiance didn't help me get my cars. Also she loves what I do.

Congratulations Jon, there are college graduates who get that much as base pay straight out of school.

A friend of mine is a mailman, I've heard all the in's and outs of the industry, while yeah there are nice perks, by today's standards you're still working a meager wage job with little or no room to move up.

Fact of the matter is, at 'nearly' 70k / year, your life is far from comfortable, if anything things are tight, especially living in Nassau / Suffolk county. Car payment, insurance, your home, your expenses? Yeah things are real tight. Before you go comparing your life to a 23 year old just asserting his position in life, take a good look back at your own. I'm doing well for myself, and will only continue on doing better.

Also, I wouldn't go bragging on the internet that you do 'almost nothing' while working a federal job, I'm sure your boss wouldn't be particularly happy with that statement.

Pretty much par for the course for any given thread in which this guy is involved. Doesn't matter how many people witness a given race, he always manages to have a different recollection, which of course invariably increases his margin of victory by 5x.

I wish people would learn their lessons and refuse to run him unless at least one videocam is running, it'd certainly cut the factor down in this forum and the C63 forum as well.

Haha the movie never gets old. So many things are wrong and ridiculous its just hilarious. Like the "That car's got more then $100,000 under the hood" referring to the S2000 that Johnny Tran is in. You think with all that money under the hood he wouldn't need NOS to beat an old jetta. And he should be running like an 8 second quarter haha. And the eclipse in the beginning, they show the engine for a split second while Jesse is looking at it. Well its a 420A engine, meaning an RS or GS not even the 4G63T. You would think with him shifting like he has a 15 speed tranny and pssh psssh pssh every second when he is in the parking lot he would at least really have a turbo. Sigh I could go on and on.
