A little while back me and a bunch of my friends decided to do some runs in Mexico on a very open road by the beach at around 730 am on a Sunday morning. That morning i ran a B8 S4(2011) from a dig. From a dig the S4 jumped me(since i just sat there spinning) till about 45, that's when i started reeling him in and beat him by about a car and a half all the way to 140.......... On the way back home(still in Mexico tho), another friend of mine in an E39 m5 with exhaust and a tune wanted to race. Me and the m5 ran from a 30 roll and once again i won, but by 3cars!


These wins can be verified since there was a bunch of people there watching.

Nice, great caliber of auto's your 550 took down, Kblahl21 know I don't know of any other CLK"s in my area, but I think I saw you last night around Francis Lewis Blvd and Union Tpke. I was in my car a pewter CLK at the stop light. Your the only CLK I know of that's white with black wheels. If so your car looks and sounds great

What makes your CLK550 unsually strong?

Nothing, I only have my secondary cats and resonator deleted. O and k&n filters that's it!. The car is a lot faster than most people expect, even people on mbworld

And also on tuesday I ran a dinan stage 2 335is from a 40roll and pulled a car and a half on it untill we both stopped around 120

Cool. I think the M5 either has a mainteance or driver issue. I would expect it to be closer if it was tuned.

Curious on the S4, a DCT or manual and where did the pull occur or was it steady?

The s4 was dct, when we went from a dig he got me until about 45 after that I pulled on him. I don't really remember if I was steadily pulling to be completley honest all I know is that I won by 1 and a half cars at the end

As for the e39 m5 a tune and exhaust would most likely give it around 20hp and 10tq I'm guessing which would bring it to 410hp and 379tq. A stock 550clk has 382hp & 391tq. Idk how much if any power the resonator, secondary cat delete and filter gave me but the numbers are pretty close

And I've ran with the m5 before, he seemed pretty competant. Also an m5 weights 4000lbs where the clk weighs 3700lbs

Don't want to burst your bubble but Dinan tune is very weak. Run my friends Jb4 335i.

I know, badblackclk ran the jb4 one...my car is basically stock. The dinan s2 gives the bmw 335is 390hp 420tq, so it was a better matchup

There is another clk550 like yours that ran 12.8@108. My Clk55 would be a good match.

im down to run we will also try to get badblack to run his almighty clk550 i head he ran a W211 E63 amg on a roll and pulled on it by a few cars till his limiter hit @ 130. I am still to see a run clk550 vs CLK55AMG....
