How's thisfor a kill!!!
The other day I was driving along in my CLK55 when I stopped at a red light. An old man on a moped, looking about 100 years old, pulls up next to me. The old man looks over at the sleek, shiny car and asks, "What kind of car ya' got there, Sonny?" I replythat it's a VERY fast Mercedes and new they sell for around $80K "That's a lot of money," says the old man. "Why does it cost so much?" I say, "Because this car can do up to 155 miles an hour!" proudly. The moped driver asks, "Mind if I take a look inside?" "No problem." So the old man pokes his head in the window and looks around. Then, sitting back on his moped, the old man says, "That's a pretty nice car, all right... but I'll stick with my moped!" Just then the light changes, so I decide to show the old man just what this car can do. I floor and within 10 seconds, the speedometer reads 100 mph! Suddenly, I notice a dot in my rear view mirror. It seems to be getting closer! Slowing down to see what it could be, and suddenly...Whoooooosssshhhhh! Something whips by me, going much faster! "What on Earth could be going so much faster than this?" I asks myself. Getting back into the gas, I get the car up to 120mph. Then, up ahead I see that it's the old man on the moped! Amazed that the moped could pass me at 100mph, I give it more gas and pass the moped at 140 mph. Whoooooosssshhhhh! At this point I'm feeling pretty good until I look in the mirror and see the old man gaining on me AGAIN! Astounded by the speed of this old guy, I floor the gas pedal and take the Beast all the way to 155mph. Not two seconds later, I see the moped bearing down on me again! I'm now flat out as the rev limiter has kicked in, and there's nothing I can do! Suddenly, the moped plows into the back of his of the car, demolishing the rear end. I stop and jump out, and unbelievably, the old man is still alive. Running up to the mangled old man I say, "Oh my God! Is there anything I can do for you?" The old man whispers with his dying breath... "Unhook... my... >>suspenders... from... your.... side view mirror." ....
