C32 Beats Mullet Mobile, Loses to C5, more...

A guy in the latest body style V8 Camaro tried to run the C32 from a 50 MPH roll. C32 driver got the jump. Mullet Mobile downshifts. C32 driver lets off a bit to let him try to pull even. When the C32 gets back into the throttle the Camaro couldn't keep up. Repeated it twice. Camaro had a passenger, C32 did not.

Blue C5 with exhaust (and other mods) went from a 30 MPH roll and edged out the C32 by 1 car length to 75 MPH. C32 had a passenger and the C5 had only driver.

Big, nasty, loud, black late model Camaro with gauges on the a pillar and a huge lump on the custom hood went from a 10 MPH roll against the C32. C32 driver expects to get crushed by what appears to be possibly a 9-10 second car. Mullet Mobile gets the jump and the C32 matched its pace up to 50 MPH or so when both let off. All parties seemed surprised.

Ha ha, you're funny. These Camaros were fast cars the V6 model would of had bus lengths put on it.

Here is a quote from a Motor Trend test regarding the V8 version "On our final trip to the track, the manually-equipped Camaro ran a best 0 to 60 time of 5.2 seconds, and finished the 1/4 mile in 13.5 seconds at 108 miles-per-hour. But the slightly torquier automatic Trans Am ran an almost identical 0 to 60 time of 5.1 seconds, and finished the 1/4 mile in 13.5 seconds at 107 miles-per-hour."

13.5@107 compares very well to my C32. Throw a passenger in the Camaro and that makes for the slight advantage I had on the stock one. The heavily modded one would have likely crushed me with enough open, straight road.
