Deriestricted! and some track fun with the PCA
This isn't really a kill story....well...I abused a road if that counts.
I sent my ECU on the SL55 out for some fiddling! To the tune of 50 hp/50 lb ft torque and full derestriction.
It has much more mid range punch. 0-100 is in the low 9's now. I saw 185 (300kph) in around 30 sec.
It is supposed to be good for 202.....we'll have to see.
I also brought her out to a PCA track day.....and ate up quite a few P cars...much to their surprise. Most had no knowledge that Merc made such a brilliant car. I think we have some converts!
