It's a start at least. Right now I took your advice and I am trading during school, I'm going to start researching all I can about real estate so when I'm old enough to buy a property I can have some knowledge on what I am doing.

How are you getting a connection? Do you have a GC82 Wireless AirCard or something like that. Yeah, I tried to get a connection at 130 one time... Didn't work to well :p

I tell my teacher I am doing work for the class and get on one of the computer's and trade all class period.

Ah, I'm trying to close out on Eagle Creek. I still have about 120 home sites left and I want to limit the sales untill Phase C is complete. However, Pulte wants to get the ^&%$ out of there and I'm trying to presude them to let it blow over. I'd rather turn it into another Townhome complex. I figure it will net another 540K for an extra 2 months. It's worth it to me.
