Brilliant! Owning your own jet really doesn't make sense, fractional is the way to go from a cost perspective.

Not yet, I sent the realtor an E-Mail but never got a responce. She may be busy so I will give her a call after the Christmas Holidays.

It's a realtor? What's up with that, the banks foreclose on homes, I only dealt with them, never a 3ed party.

Well the bank gives the home to a realtor to list and sell. I used this site to find the home www.buybankhomes.com. Should I be using something else?

They all had their faults and they all had their strong points... No real winner was decided but it was some great footage of them in South France. The 430 was praised by all of them.

Personally I have never dealt with a 3ed party, I bought straight from the bank at auction or just called them and made a offer. Interesting... Maybe they don't want to hassle with it.

Maybe I'm not sure. I'm not too sure on how to find out if the home is forclosed without the realtor. Should I go downtown and find out where the auctions are located?

Don't leave it behind, you can drive it for 2k miles then turn around and sell it at MSRP. It's like having a free car.

Humm, I looked through some properties and I really can't relate the values to well with out knowing the full background. Which one were you looking at?
