We'll see how they all play out, but I do have to give Ford serious credit for one thing. They finally put a REAL electrical system into the Jaguar. I view that as a good deed for all humanity. I love Mercedes-Benz cars (which is why we have 3). I have always admired Jags from afar, and would never have considered buying one. Ford has fixed enough of the bad aspects of English engineering that the Jaguar is now a credible car for someone who doesn't want to sleep on a cot at the mechanic's place.

The engineering of the 2006 Corvette ZO6 is amazing.

I'm glad it doesn't have an automatic transmission like the 911 Turbo which used to be the wild 911.

I really like the new, aluminum Jaguar XJ. I can hardly wait for the next aluminum XK and S-Type. The X-Type needs to be dropped.
