2003 Inspiration vs. Sport?

I have found two vehicles, both 2003 ML500's, that I am considering for purchase.

I can get the Inspiration with 26k miles certified for $35,900, and the Sport for $37,500 certified at 23K miles- both with 3rd row seats, Xenons, sunroof and Bose/CD changer. I am leaning toward the Inspiration, and it also has an aftermarket DVD player in it.

I have seen several pics of the actual Inspiration edition vehicle, I understand it has AMG gauges, seats and special wheels- very sharp. What does the sport have as opposed to the Inspiration? I don't understand why it had an original MSRP a few thousand higher than the Inspiration. Please post pics of stock versions if you have them.

Thanks!

I've spent the last hour on and off looking through picture threads, searching the forum, on google and ebay. From what I can tell, for 2003 the Sport just gets you fender flares, wheels, and some different bumpers. Would someone please confirm?

Thanks-

Sport gives you the AMG body kit minus the power dome hood and rims... I am not sure what the interior parts are for the sport... I prefer the sport to the inspiration...Well I prefer AMG to any of them, lol but then sport

ML
Here's Sports:

Different rims, different rear bumper

AMG front bumper, regular hood - no AMG power dome

Sport from fogs

AMG Exhaust tip

The styling of the inspiration is no different from any other Ml, except for the gage cluster with chrome rings (not AMG gage cluster), the slightly bolstered seats with special stitching and the very dark poplar wood interior. Get the sport especially if it's in black.
