Replacement of Control Arm Bushings

can anyone give me the degree of difficulty (or est. time spent) and special tools needed to replace the control arm bushings? i get a real mean knock from my passenger side rear wheel when i'm going over bumps and was told it's most likely a worn bushing.

Anybody messed with the shocks?

I'd check them out before messing with anything. Speaking from painful experience.
