Our '03 ML55 is not transferring names/numbers to the MCS system from the phone address book, any suggestions??I enter a name and number into the phone, then dock it into the center console, but the name and number does not appear in the list on the MCS system as it is supposed to. We took the car to the dealer because the voice control stopped working after the dealer replaced a loose steering column, and then told them about this current problem. The dealer replaced the Voice Control Module and said that it should fix the phone problem but it didnt. Is this something we can fix, or does it have to go back to the dealer? I know for sure that I am entering the names correctly into the phone. thanks!
