Bi-Xenon Headlight Issue! Help!

Bi-Xenon Headlight Issue! Help!
Hey guys, I have a 03 ML500. Recently the Xenons have been "lagging" The driverside light "lags" about 10-15secs then turns on. The passanger side light seem to not have a problem.

Checked cable, plugged in securely...

Have any clue wth going on!!???

Its the ballast or possibly the bulb. If it lights OK leave it alone
