Streetglow Laws...
As far as arizona laws permit it is to my knowledge that ANY color can be used, including blue and red, as long as the bulb doesnt show.
Now i know in some states blue and red are illegal, as it could be mistaken as an emergency vehicle.
Does anyone know the laws for arizona or where i could find them out?

Some of the best ways to find out is asking your local police department. If you want, you can also search the Arizona statues (it should be online) but that's a real pain. Or possibly call your DMV.
