front under skid plate

Having seen the front under skid plate on the new 164 which I think looks very nice, I definitely want one for my 163 (05 model, special edition). Could anyone help me in finding one that is like the one on the 164? I don't want the bull bar-type, just a simple under plate for the front. I know that OYC(?) in Germany and a company in the UK makes one as I found on the net, but OYC has their name (initials holed out) and the one in the UK has thin stripes. I just want one that is simple-looking. I wonder if the one from the 164 would fit the 163? Any information would help. Thanks.

This was an accessory offered on the W163's. Had one on my 98 and my 02. Do not know if they are still available but check with a dealer. Do not believe that the W164 plate will fit but try one.

Thank you for your input. To my understanding by searching the net forums on this topic, the official dealer accessory required the brush guard (front bar) to be installed because the under plate is fixed to the bars. If the under plate alone can be installed, that would be great! I only want under protection from snow, gravel, etc. but not necessarily the brawny look from the bars in front. If the accessory needs the front brush guard to be installed, any additional information on an aftermarket part would be appreciated.
