Did you search the forums first? I seem to recall a thread describing in detail a procedure by which one could revitalize extend the life of the switch by adjusting the contacts. I had my whole switch set replaced under warranty when mine went last year. Oddly enough, mine also failed on a damn cold day. I managed to get the window about four inches from the top, but stupidly got on the toll road
to go to the dealer and had to put it down about halfway to take care of tolls. Had the heat on full blast and was leaning into the middle the whole way. It was about 20 degrees!

Maybe try taking out another working switch from the other window, and plugging it in, to at least get the window up?Glad I'm not in your shoes tonight, it's 6F here right now!

Just looking at a schematic, seems there's a seperate relay as well for that window. If it's not physically broken(the switch), maybe try and make sure the relay is in place and working, just a thought.
