ML 430 problem

ML 430 problem
My ex wanted me to post this for her.
6 months ago, her '00 ML430 had cylinder problems (she said fletcher jones told her one of her cylinders wasnt working) and she took it to Fletcher Jones and they fixed it. On Monday, after she filled her car up with gas, she turned her car on and it felt like it was driving bad (same way it was driving 6 months ago, I asked her if she put in diesel by accident and she said no) and the check engine light came on. When the car is stopped, the car shakes. The car does this until 25mph (1st gear she says) and after that the car drives pretty smooth. Under 25mph, it shakes. What do you guys think or have any of you had that problem.
