Programming options for the W163?

I have a feeling we are getting cheated compared to other MBs but what options are available through our dealer? Options on customizing settings and what not...

I wanted to have my seatbelt alarm chime when my seatbelts not in, can that be programmed? daytime running lights can they be turned on through the ECU?

Different things like this, what is available
